To provide a toilet seat device which can efficiently utilize a space in the back of a toilet seat and a toilet lid when the toilet seat and the toilet lid are in an open state.SOLUTION: A toilet seat device 1 includes: a first shaft member 40 provided to be rotatable about a first rotating axis 40a; a second shaft member 50 which is arranged in parallel to the first shaft member 40, supports a toilet lid 30, and rotates integrally with the toilet lid 30; and a power transmission part 60 which connects the first shaft member 40 and the second shaft member 50 and transmits the power input into one of the first shaft member 40 and the second shaft member 50 to the other of the first shaft member 40 and the second shaft member 50. The power transmission part 60 is configured that the second shaft member 50 revolves about the first rotating axis 40a and in parallel to the first shaft member 40 between a first position P1 where the toilet lid 30 is in a closed state and a second position P2 where the toilet lid 30 is in an open state and which is in the back of and is below the first position P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
