PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device that increases rigidity and reduces vibration that occurs during movement of a measurement probe.;SOLUTION: Provided is a three-dimensional coordinate measuring device comprising a stool on the top face of which a measurement object is placed, a portal Y carriage supported by two struts so as to spread over the stool, and a measurement probe extending from the Y carriage to the stool side. A first strut member located at one of the two struts and provided with drive means for moving the Y carriage along a Y-axis direction to the stool and a second strut member that moves following the first strut member are included, with a guide part parallel to the Y-axis direction formed on the first strut member side of the stool. The first strut member includes guide part side faces that are the side faces of the guide part, and upper and lower side faces support parts that sandwich the guide part upper and lower faces that are the upper and lower faces of the guide part, and the second strut member is supported with respect to the top face of the stool by an air bearing.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
