PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film peeling method and a release film peeling device which allow for peeling of the release film from a single plate lamination film and removing, without causing warpage or hurting of a coverlay film.;SOLUTION: The release film 4 side of a lamination film 1 is sucked to a lamination film suction table 14, and while moving the lamination film 1 in the X(-) direction, end of a coverlay film 2 is floated from the release film 4 by means of a spare peeling roll 13, and a spare peeling margin part L is formed. Thereafter, the coverlay film 2 side of the lamination film 1 is sucked to a suction head 16, a peeling role 30 is rolled by moving the lamination film suction table 14 and the peeling role 30 in the X(+) direction, the release film 4 is peeled from the lamination film 1 while being wound, and transferred and removed by means of a transfer belt 33, in a release film peeling method and a release film peeling device 10.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
