A peeling device is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the peeling device comprises: a vacuum adsorption unit allowing an object to be treated having release paper adhering to a bottom surface of a film-shaped substrate having a predetermined thickness to be fixated thereto, and having an adsorption block adsorbing the object to be treated in a vacuum for the release paper to head downwards; a knife edge plate having a knife edge to peel the release paper from the object to be treated, wherein the object is fixated to the vacuum adsorption unit; and a transfer unit having the vacuum adsorption unit mounted thereon, and transferring the vacuum adsorption unit in a peeling direction on the knife edge plate for the knife edge to enter a boundary surface between the substrate and the release paper.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
