To provide a technology that achieves small friction resistance in a pipeline, in particular, a curved pipe part and can inhibit damage of the pipeline.SOLUTION: A coil body 1 is formed into an elongated spiral shape by a synthetic resin. A cleaning attachment 2 is attached to a tip of the coil body 1. A tip part of the cleaning attachment 2 is configured to hold, break, or cut foreign objects when contacting with the foreign objects in a pipeline. The coil body 1 is configured to autorotate around an axis by rotating the base end side of the coil body 1 around the axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
