BACILLUS SUBTILIS STRAIN FOR PREPARING GERM FERMENTATION FEATHER POWDER AND USE THEREOF

To improve hydrolysis feather powder by adding for one day, Bacillus subtilis to the hydrolysis feather powder and enhancing a digestion ratio of the feather powder by pepsin, and to provide a Bacillus subtilis strain including protease and keratinase for using the same to an animal feed additive for enhancing a nutrition value of the animal feed additive.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to isolate Bacillus subtilis 531-7 strains from a compost place, compare the Bacillus subtilis strains by feather resolvability and enzyme activity test, for confirming a commercial value of the Bacillus subtilis strains. In addition, Bacillus subtilis 531-7 strains are aligned by 16SrDNA arrangement determination and gyrB gene arrangement determination for confirming novel of the Bacillus subtilis strains.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
