To provide a sheet for a payment handling slip which can be formed into a post card without requiring a crimp sealer.SOLUTION: A sheet for a payment handling slip which is divided into four rectangular sections of a postcard size comprising a first information description section 10, a second information description section 20, an adhesion section 30 and a separation section 40 by a vertical division line 2 and a lateral division line 3. The first information description section and the second information description section are so adjacent to each other as to be foldable with the vertical division line interposed therebetween. The adhesion section and the separation section are so adjacent to each other as to be separable with the vertical division line interposed therebetween. The first information description section and the separation section are so adjacent to each other as to be separable with the horizontal division line interposed therebetween. The second information description section and the adhesion section are so adjacent to each other as to be foldable with the horizontal division line interposed therebetween. The adhesion section has a first re-release adhesive layer and first release paper 42 which covers the first re-release adhesive layer, on one surface, and has a second re-release adhesive layer and second release paper which covers the second re-release adhesive layer, on the other surface.
