To provide a sheet for a payment handling slip which can be formed into a post card without requiring a crimp sealer.SOLUTION: A sheet for a payment handling slip which is divided into four rectangular sections of a postcard size comprising a first information description section 10, a second information description section 20, an adhesion section 30 and a separation section 40 by a vertical division line 2 and a lateral division line 3, and which becomes a postcard size by four-folding by the vertical division and the lateral division line. The first information description section, the second information description section, the adhesion section and the separation section are adjacent to one another, and the adhesion section has a strong adhesive layer and first release paper 42 which covers the strong adhesive layer, on one surface, and has a re-release adhesive layer and second release paper which covers the re-release adhesive layer, on the other surface. At least one of one surface of the first information description section and a re-lease adhesive layer formation surface of the adhesion section is so made as to serve as a payment handling slip information entry part, and the other surface of the first information description section or the second information description section is so made as to serve as an address information entry part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
