To determine a lighting apparatus for relay easily, when performing radiocommunication of multiple lighting apparatuses and a radio controller.SOLUTION: A second communication unit 20a of a radio controller 20 transmits a first signal s1, instructing the response to a call from the radio controller 20, to lighting apparatuses 1-8. A control section 20c receives the response to the first signal s1 from the lighting apparatus, and when a first group G1 including the lighting apparatus having responded to the first signal s1, and a second group G2 including the lighting apparatus having not responded to the first signal s1, out of the lighting apparatuses 1-8, exist, determines at least one lighting apparatus of the first group G1 as the lighting apparatus T1 for relay, and transmits a second signal s2 for instructing to perform radiocommunication with the lighting apparatus of the second group G2 to the lighting apparatus T1 for relay, via a second communication unit 20a. Upon receiving the second signal s2, the lighting apparatus T1 for relay performs radiocommunication with the lighting apparatus of the second group G2, via a first communication unit 10a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
