To provide an earthquake automatic diagnosis system which enables a customer such as a building manager to easily select a priority diagnostic floor for automatic diagnostic operation during an earthquake, and performs diagnosis in the order that considers convenience and safety of a user after the earthquake occurs to realize temporary restoration operation in an early stage.SOLUTION: An elevator earthquake automatic diagnosis system that automatically diagnoses each floor after an earthquake occurs, comprises: a car moving up and down in a hoistway; a rope connecting the car and a counterweight; a winding machine for winding up the rope; an earthquake detector that detects the earthquake; a control device that accepts the output of the earthquake detector and controls the winding machine; and a customer operation terminal connected to the control device.
