PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce as much as possible a useless diagnosis operation of the elevator without damaging convenience of the elevator users, by confirming the elevator operating state and supporting an assured implementation of the remote diagnosis.;SOLUTION: An remote monitoring device of an elevator comprises a remote diagnosis start determination unit to determine the remote diagnosis start by comparing the current time with the remote diagnosis starting time specified by the remote monitoring center system, a remote diagnosis result and operation state receiving unit to receive the remote diagnosis result and operation state from the elevator control device, and a functional unit of a remote diagnosis starting time change which changes the remote diagnosis starting time by determining whether or not the remote diagnosis fails due to the call occurrence by a user, or the time zone of the remote diagnosis is the time zone that the building uses the elevator, based on the remote diagnosis result after inputting the remote diagnosis result and operation state from the remote diagnosis result and operation state receiving unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
