To prevent fall or deformation of a flexible container bag when the flexible container bag is charged with powder.SOLUTION: This jig comprises an air cylinder 7, an elevating/lowering guide 3, an elevating/lowering and turning guide mechanism 6 and two pairs of hooks 5 lifted/lowered by a rotary guide 4. A flexible container bag F is lifted up to a predetermined height with these hooks 5, and powder is charged into the flexible container bag F from a loader L, and, through interaction of suspend-supporting of the flexible container bag F by each of the hooks 5, charging of the powder from the loader L to the flexible container bag F and gradual lowering of each of the hooks 5, the flexible container bag F is shaped and held in a three-dimensional shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
