To provide a feces sampling device for fecal transplantation and a feces sampling method for fecal transplantation that can automatically and promptly sample feces for fecal transplantation.SOLUTION: The feces sampling device 10 for fecal transplantation includes: a container unit 11 for storing discharged feces S; a measuring unit 13 for measuring the weight of the feces S; an injection unit 17 for storing a physiological salt solution L and inserted through the container unit 11; a stirring unit 18 for creating a mixture from the physiological salt solution L and the feces S; a separation unit 20 for extracting a filtrate from the mixture; a storage unit 21 for storing the filtrate; and a control unit 16 for managing the process until the filtrate is extracted from the feces S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
