To provide an illumination device, an illumination device fitting structure, a method for extracting a light from the illumination device, and a light connection method of the illumination device capable of extracting a bright uniform light from a light guide body by improving a light source utilization efficiency by prompting diffuse reflection in a light guide space with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A frame body 3 has an opening 8 on a part of it. One or a plurality of LED light sources 13 are disposed at a position a predetermined distance away from the opening 8 inside the frame body 3. A space which is shielded from the outside except for the opening 7 is formed inside the frame body 3. A light guide part 11 is provided in the vicinity of the opening 7 of the frame body 3. A support part 9 is disposed at the tip of the light guide part 11. The support part 9 is a member for supporting a light guide body 5. The light guide part 11 has a shape tapered toward the light guide body 5 in the vicinity of the opening 7 of the frame body 3. The two faces of the light guide body 5 are sandwiched by the support part 9. The tip of the support part 9 is the opening 7.
