To provide a precast floor slab connection structure and connection method which allow quick construction and maintain durability.SOLUTION: A connection structure relating to one embodiment is a connection structure 1 in which a first precast floor slab 10 and a second precast floor slab 20 are connected via a connection member 30. A first end face 11b of the first precast floor slab 10 and a second end face 21b of the second precast floor slab 20 are both inclined in a mutually protruding direction vertically downward. The connection member 30 comprises: a pair of side plate parts 31 facing the first end face 11b and the second end face 21b and provided with holes 31c through which a first reinforcing bar 12 and a second reinforcing bar 22 pass respectively; and an upper plate part 32 provided so as to connect the top edges of the pair of side plate parts 31 and to connect a top face 11a of the first precast floor slab 10 and a top face 21a of the second precast floor slab 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
