To provide a device capable of analyzing relationship between human olfactory taste and personality.SOLUTION: The device includes: a learning data input unit 11A for inputting as learning data scent taste score data indicating a degree of taste for a plurality of scents and personality data indicating a plurality of individual personalities detected as a result of a predetermined psychological test for each of a plurality of persons to be learnt; a model building unit 13A for building a learning model for deriving personality data from explanatory variables including the scent taste score data based on the input learning data; and a personality prediction unit 23A for predicting a personality of a person to be predicted by applying a prediction scent taste score data input about the person to be predicted from a prediction data input unit 21A to the learning model, so that a personality can be predicted from the scent taste score data regarding the person to be predicted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
