To provide a participant system and a method thereof that allow a truck transport employer to conduct simple, efficient, and more effective training for operators who are employees to take safety training.SOLUTION: An external content provider 1 creates contents such as videos that contain materials for safety training and distributes them from a server 21 of a content distribution agent 2 in a predetermined cycle, for example, once a month, and an employee 4 receives them with smart phones 41, 42, or the like, and inputs impressions when viewing all. An employer 5 classifies, analyzes and tabulates impressions and stores them as a safety education record for each employee 4. Therefore, the employee 4 can attend a safety course by making good use of free time during transit without meeting together with all of members. In addition, the employer 5 can easily manage the safety training by eliminating complicated work such as preparation of a meeting place, and a lecturer, and attendance records.
