PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an M&A matching device and program which can suggest M&A to a company which does not announce an intention to desire M&A.;SOLUTION: An M&A matching device comprises: candidate company extraction means (control unit 11) which uses user company data DU including data of desires for M&A sale DU11 and data of desires for M&A acquisition DU12 to extract an M&A seller user company S and an M&A buyer user company BU from user companies U; and M&A matching means (control unit 11) which matches the M&A seller user company S and the M&A buyer user company BU with each other.
