To provide a, route search device, a route search method and a computer program capable of searching a better route for a user.SOLUTION: The route search device is configured so as to, when calculating the cost value of a link using a central value of travel time for the link and a value representing statistical variation in the travel time as elements, set a weighting coefficient of the elements for calculating the cost value on the basis of degree of traffic of the link, and to search the route up to a destination using the calculated cost value of the link on the basis of the set weighting coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
