To provide a technique that can cut down costs pertaining to aerophotograph surveying and an installation of a location-purpose target.SOLUTION: A surveying data processing device 400 has: a positioning data reception unit 300 that receives positioning data in which a position of an aerial vehicle having a camera and a reflection prism mounted is positioned, while tracking the reflection prism of the aerial vehicle by a total station; a mutual locating unit 302 that obtains a relative external locating elements of the camera by a mutual location, using images taken by the camera; an absolute locating unit 303 that gives the external locating element a real scale by absolute locating based on the positioning data and the external locating element; and an adjustment calculation second execution unit 305 that serves as a computation unit correcting the external locating element having the real scale given on the basis of a preliminarily acquired position relationship between the camera and the reflection prism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
