To provide a foaming jelly preparation set capable of providing a foaming jelly which can obtain sufficient jelly strength in short time and is uniform at time of use, a manufacturing method of a foaming jelly, and a food for patients with dysphagia.SOLUTION: The foaming jelly preparation set has a M/G ratio of 1.2 or less and weight average molecular weight of 50000 or more, contains a formulation (A) containing t least one kind of alginate selected from sodium alginate or potassium alginate and ammonium alginate, calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and a chelator, and an acidulant (B), and has a molar ratio between GG binding amount of the alginate and calcium ions in amount of the calcium carbonate of 2:1 to 1:9, in which the formulation (A) is packaged at a powder shape and used with dissolving the same into water at time of use, the acidulant (B) is separately packaged as a solution, and solution of the formulation (A) and the solution of the acidulant (B) are mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
