To provide a position detection method, device and equipment based upon images, and a storage medium.SOLUTION: Images obtained through photography at the same time by a plurality of pieces of photographing equipment which are arranged in different directions and have their time synchronized are acquired S11, two-dimensional positions of an object body in the respective images are detected S12, and based upon the two-dimensional positions of the object body in the respective images, and internal parameters and external parameters of the plurality of pieces of photographing equipment, a three-dimensional position of the object body in a real space is determined S13.
