To provide a device for controlling power suppression in consideration of comfort of a user in a customer.SOLUTION: A power suppression device that suppresses electric power in accordance with invoking requirement of demand response relative to a facilities device that can be changed to an optimum set value by a user of a customer, comprises, for each combination of a pre-requirement set value of the facilities device at a time of start of a requirement period and a post-requirement set value of the facilities device after completion of the requirement period, an achievement table in which a requirement completion number relative to an invoking requirement number is stored, set value determination means for determining the post-requirement set value for which the requirement completion number relative to the invoking requirement number satisfies predetermined conditions relative to a pre-requirement set value of the facilities device using the achievement table device at a time of receiving the invoking requirement, and set value change means for changing to the post-requirement set value relative to the facilities device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
