PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily determining safety of a flight course of an aircraft.;SOLUTION: A method for determining safety of a flight course of an aircraft includes the steps of: acquiring a first model including height information of a ground object in each of multiple regions dividing a predetermined area (step S2010); generating a second model by expanding the height information of the ground object in each region specified in the first model due to a predetermined distance (step S2040); receiving input of the flight course of an aircraft scheduled in the predetermined air (step S2050); comparing the second model to the flight course to determine whether a distance between the flight course and the ground object is less than the predetermined distance (step S2060); and outputting a determination result (step S2070).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
