To prevent a shaft cylinder material from affecting electromagnetic induction and disabling input when an electromagnetic induction type digitizer is formed as a refill and the refill is housed in the shaft cylinder to make an electromagnetic induction touch pen.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction touch pen 10 comprises a digitizer refill 60 formed as a refill including a ferrite core 64 located at an axial center, an electromagnetic induction coil 65 disposed on an outer periphery of the ferrite core 64, a contact tip 62 attached to a tip of the ferrite core 64, and a pressure-sensitive sensor 66 for sensing pressure applied to the contact tip 62 in which the digitizer refill is housed inside a shaft cylinder 15 made of a material with an electrical resistivity of 1 GΩm and a specific gravity of less than 1 while the contact tip 62 is formed so as to be capable of projecting from a tip of the shaft cylinder 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
