PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly predict the number of unique passengers getting on/off an elevator.;SOLUTION: It comprises a measurement unit to output a measured result for obtaining the total number of getting-on and getting-off passengers at each floor, and an estimation unit to estimate the presence/absence of passengers getting on an elevator car in the floor serviced by the car in response to the call of the car according to a hall call apparatus, and the estimation unit corrects the estimated result mentioned above according to the presence/absence of the passenger moving in the same direction as the future moving direction of the arrived car when the car stops on any floor, that is, the passenger getting on the car, and calculates the number of unique getting-on and getting-off passengers as the net number of the getting-on and getting-off passengers excluding the number of temporarily getting-on and -off passengers on any floor from the total number of the getting-on passengers on each floor on the basis of the measured result.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
