To provide a seating posture determination device capable of changing a posture to a suitable state according to feeling of a seating person, a chair, a seating posture determination method, and a program.SOLUTION: A seating posture determination device includes: a seating posture determination part that determines a seating posture of a seating person who seats on a chair; a lapse time determination part that determines whether a first lapse time threshold has elapsed for lapse time of a seating posture of the seating person determined by the seating posture determination part; and a creation part that creates information indicating that a change occurs in a body of the seating person when the lapse time determination part determines that the first lapse time threshold has elapsed for the lapse time in the seating posture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
