To provide a measurement data analysis apparatus and a measurement data analysis method for closely determining a degree of phase synchronization of combustion vibration at least either between burners or between combustion chambers in a gas turbine.SOLUTION: A measurement data analysis apparatus includes: a phase calculation unit C1 for subjecting time series data on at least two or more physical indexes detected at a physical index detection unit S in a burner and a combustion gas flowing part to Hilbert transformation, and calculating the phase of the physical indexes; a synchronization degree calculation unit C2 for calculating an instantaneous synchronization degree of the phases from the phases calculated by the phase calculation unit C1; and a determination unit C3 for determining a degree of phase synchronization of combustion vibration at least either between burners or between combustion chambers on the basis of a time-series change in the degree of synchronization calculated by the synchronization degree calculation unit C2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
