To provide a production method of an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber having good abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, suitable for products such as a soft and comfortable cut-resistant glove, anti-puncture wearing apparel, an arm cover, an abrasion-resistant cable, etc.SOLUTION: The preparation method of an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fiber contains: a step of adding 0.1-5 parts of a coupling agent A, 1-20 parts of a nano additive B, 1-20 parts of an additive C, 0.1-5 parts of a sodium stearate, 0.1-8 parts of a nano dispersant, and 0.1-10 parts of an antioxidant to 1000 parts of a solvent oil; blending 20-200 parts of an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene resin having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 2,000,000-8,000,000, which has been treated by using a high-speed rotation emulsifier of 1000-20000 r/min at a blending temperature of 25-100°C for 2-6 hours, by using a ball mill at a temperature of 30-100°C and a speed of 2 parts/min; keeping standing in vacuo for 2-6 hours; extruding; drawing; hot stretching; and taking-up forming.SELECTED DRAWING: None
