In a method of preparing wear and cut resistant UHMWPE fibers, 0.1ˆ¼5 parts of a coupling agent A, 1ˆ¼20 parts of a nano additive B, 1ˆ¼20 parts of an additive C, 0.1ˆ¼5 parts of sodium stearate, 0.1ˆ¼8 parts of a nano dispersant, 0.1ˆ¼10 parts of an antioxidant are added into 1000 parts of a solvent oil, and the mixture is processed by a 1000ˆ¼20000r/min high-speed rotating emulsifier at 25ˆ¼100°C for 2ˆ¼6 hours, and the resin material is an UHMWPE resin with a viscosity-average molecular weight of 200ˆ¼8 million. 20ˆ¼200 parts of the resin material are added into a ball grinder, and the temperature is controlled at 30ˆ¼100°C, and then mother liquor is added into a ball grinder slowly at a speed of 2 parts/minute and then blended and mixed uniformly, and then vacuumed in a sealed container for 2ˆ¼6 hours, and finally processed with drafting and hot drawing and winding formation. The fibers of the present invention with the features of soft touch and comfortable wearing can be used for manufacturing products such as cut resistant gloves, stab resistant clothing, armbands, and wear resistant ropes.
