摘要

To provide a method for producing Ig-like molecule of heterodimer including CH3 mutation.SOLUTION: A method for producing an Ig-like molecule of heterodimer in which the Ig-like molecule includes two CH3 domains capable of forming a contact face. The method includes giving: a. a first nucleic acid molecule which codes a polypeptide chain including a first CH3 domain; and b. a second nucleic acid molecule which codes a polypeptide chain including a second CH3 domain to a single cell, in which the polypeptide chain including the first CH3 domain is equipped with glutamic acid (E) residue or aspartic acid (D) residue at 366-th position of amino acid, and the polypeptide chain including the second CH3 domain is equipped with arginine (R) residue or lysine (K) residue at 351-th position of amino acid. The method further includes a process of culturing the host cell, expressing the two nucleic acid, and recovering the Ig-like molecule of the heterodimer from a cultured product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
