PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new audit supporting system for supporting audit work of a pharmacist.;SOLUTION: An item confirmation device 10 includes a main body device 20 and an installation base 21 on which the main body device 20 is installed. The main body device 20 has an imaging function and a code reading function using optical means. The main body device 20 individually has an imaging unit 25 and a code reading unit 26 where the imaging unit 25's direction differs from the code reading unit 26's direction. The installation base 21 includes: a holding unit 30 for holding the main body device 20; and a mirror unit 31. The main body device 20 is installed on the holding unit 30.
