PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an oil passage for introducing lubrication oil to a bearing part of a crankshaft even if a V-bank angle of a V-type engine is narrow.SOLUTION: In a V-type engine 11 in which a pair of banks having cylinders are arranged in a V-shape with respect to a crankshaft 26 and V-bank angles of the banks are set narrow, a V-type engine crankshaft lubrication oil passage structure 52 for supplying lubrication oil to a crank journal part 51 arranged at a cylinder block 30 has: a main oil passage 66 which is formed between a pair of the banks in the cylinder block; and a sub-oil passage 67 which extends toward the crank journal part from the main oil passage, and introduces the lubrication oil to the crank journal part. The main oil passage 66 is constituted by connecting an upstream-side segmented passage portion 66A and a downstream-side segmented passage portion 66B which are segmented in a middle of an axial direction by an oil passage connecting member 68 which is a member different from the cylinder block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
