PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attendance management device, an attendance management method and an attendance management program capable of reducing a load of processing for notifying unpunched alert information having immediacy.;SOLUTION: Alert information data composed of alert information including alert report start date being an attendance date and a leaving date of an employee based on a work schedule and alert contents for notifying a future unpunched error is created. Whether a punching operation is performed is determined.
