To provide an attendance management method, attendance management program, and attendance management system capable of grasping and managing each time of clock-in/out times of workdays of workers who go to work/leave work a plurality of times in a day.SOLUTION: An attendance management method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: generating a data record for recording a clock-in time and a clock-out time, each time a worker takes a clock-in procedure a plurality of times in a day, and recording the clock-in time in the generated data record; and, each time the worker takes the clock-out procedure, recording the clock-out time in the data record in which the latest clock-in time has been registered, in which working hours are calculated and tallied from each time of the clock-in times and the clock-out times to calculate the total man-hours of the day. The attendance manage method further comprises: tallying the working hours on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly bases, etc., based on the total man-hours; and displaying them in the form of a list or a graph so as to be able to manage the working conditions, normal working hours, and overtime.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
