To provide a composition for treating symptoms such as cognitive function disorder or cognitive decline which are related to Parkinson's disease in a patient affected with Parkinson's disease.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating symptoms related to neurodegenerative diseases contains a therapeutically effective amount of 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid-(4-methoxy-7-morpholine-4-yl-benzothiazole-2-yl)-amide, in which the composition is used simultaneously in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of dopamine precursor (selected from levodopa, levodopa methyl ester, L-meta-tyrosine, levodopa ethyl ester, and salt thereof) or a therapeutically effective amount of dopamine receptor agonist (selected from apomorphine, pramipexole, bromocriptine, cabergoline, ropinirole, rotigotine, and combination thereof).SELECTED DRAWING: None
