To make it possible to improve mountability of an electronic device, and make it possible to reduce the occurrence of a malfunction in an electronic apparatus or an electronic module using a board for mounting an electronic device.SOLUTION: A board 1 for mounting an electronic device has a board 2 that includes, on a top face, a mounting area 4 in which an electronic device 10 is mounted. The board 2 has, on the top face, concave parts 5 that surround the mounting area 4 and are located at the ends of the top face.
