PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port estimation device capable of estimating usage of a check target port with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: A port estimation device has a first table, a second table, an estimation part, a generation part, and an update part. The first table stores the change occurrence date, when the link state changes, for each port in communication equipment connected with the communication destination. The second table stores the communication equipment and a port while mapping for each communication destination. The estimation part estimates usage of the check target port, on the basis of the link state of the port and the specific time of each communication destination for connection with the port. The generation part extracts the change occurrence data, corresponding to the communication equipment and the port to be connected, for each communication destination, and then calculates the link downtime of each communication destination, on the basis of this change occurrence date.
