PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engineering support device, an engineering support method, and an engineering support program that can reduce the trouble of managing system configuration files that perform at least one of the monitoring of an institution or a facility and the control of an institution or a facility.;SOLUTION: A processing unit 30 of an engineering support device 1 acquires system information, from an external device, including information for defining a system configuration with a common software module to be used commonly for a plurality of uses in one or more systems, and creates a configuration file from the system information based on conversion rule information stored in a memory unit 20.
