PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an inter-clinic cooperation method for enabling cooperation between clinics (physicians) so that medical care and deathwatch can efficiently and surely be performed.SOLUTION: When an attending physician 6 of a patient 5 cannot treat the patient, a cloud server 2 retrieves a cooperative physician group information storage part, and determines one available cooperative physician 8(3) from a cooperative physician group 8 allocated to the patient 5 as a cooperative physician in charge of home visit (steps ST22, 23), and requests the cooperative physician 8(3) to perform a home visit through a cooperative physician side communication terminal 9(3) (step ST24).
