PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid that since a fire department which received a fire notification report dispatches a fire engine without accurately grasping a state of the fire, so if the report is a false report, an enormous cost is wasted.;SOLUTION: The present invention is a disaster monitoring apparatus that monitors a disaster using a drone, in which: since the drone having a camera and a transmitter for transmitting a video signal photographed by the camera to a fire department is caused to fly over a fire occurrence site in response to a report of a fire, to make a photograph of a presence or absence of the fire, a state of the fire, a scale and the like, and caused to transmit a video signal thereof to the fire department, if necessary, the fire department deals with misinformation by bringing a fire engine to a fire occurrence site.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
