To provide an inspection information management system capable of efficiently inspecting a rubber product and accurately determining the necessity of repair or replacement while preventing a decrease in the precision of inspection.SOLUTION: An inspection information management system of a rubber product comprises a portable terminal possessed by a worker who inspects a rubber product and an information management server capable of communicating with the portable terminal through a network. The information management server has a database in which a plurality of pieces of inspection item information are accumulated and further has management identification information registration means for registering management identification information including a management number of the rubber product, individual inspection list determination means for determining an individual inspection list of the rubber product according to the inspection item information in the database and individual inspection list transmission means for transmitting the individual inspection list to the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
