To enable inferring a relationship of a novel requirement for a requirement graph with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A requirement definition support device comprises: requirement graph storage means that stores a requirement graph; non-related information storage means that stores non-related information; requirement context acquisition means that acquires a requirement context for a one existing requirement; and relationship calculation means. The relationship calculation means acquires a first requirement context being a requirement context for a one existing requirement, acquires a second requirement context being a requirement context for an existing requirement being not related to a one existing requirement, calculates a difference set between the first requirement context and the second requirement context, performs a process to calculate a degree of relation between a novel requirement and a one existing requirement for the existing requirement constituting a requirement graph on the basis of the novel requirement and the difference set, and extracts the existing requirement having the degree of relation being more than or equal to a constant value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
