PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance control device that is less unlikely to be affected by weather and that has high tracking performance.;SOLUTION: A guidance control device comprises: a radio wave transmission/reception unit that acquires a video signal by transmitting/receiving a radio wave; a first target arithmetic unit 130 that calculates a target reception power and a clutter reception power on the basis of the video signal by using a first target arithmetic process and estimates target first position information; a second target arithmetic unit 150 that estimates target second position information on the basis of the video signal by using a second target arithmetic process different from the first target arithmetic process; a switching unit 110 that, on the basis of the target reception power and the clutter reception power, switches from a process of estimating the target first position information through the first target arithmetic unit to a process of estimating the target second position information through the second target arithmetic unit; and a guidance arithmetic unit 80 that outputs guidance information on the basis of the target first position information or the target second position information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
