To enable more accurate radiotherapy.SOLUTION: A radiotherapy vessel marker 111 is inserted into a vessel in a linear shape and deforms into a three-dimensional curved line shape for indwelling to mark a site to be irradiated. The three-dimensional curved line shape is distinguishable from any physiological and anatomical shape which appears in a living body when the living body is placed under radioscopic examination in a three-dimensional direction. The three-dimensional curved line shape allows the vessel marker to take an indwellable size by deformation within a target vessel with a mass of less metal artifacts. The three-dimensional curved line shape is a single-stroke shape including any of a spherical curved line shape, an S-like shape having an upper formed surface twisted from a lower formed surface, an 8-like shape having an upper formed surface twisted from a lower formed surface, a spring shape having equal diameters or different diameters, and a point-symmetrical shape thereof. The vessel marker is made from a spring material or a shape memory material having radiation absorbency, in particular from a metal including platinum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
