To provide compositions for enhancing polyphenol absorption comprising a compound derived from a natural product as an effective ingredient, methods for enhancing in vivo absorption of polyphenol by adding a compound derived from a natural product, and compositions for oral ingestion containing polyphenol and a compound derived from a natural product.SOLUTION: The invention provides a composition for enhancing in vivo absorption of phenol compound having two benzene rings at both ends, which comprises diosgenin as an effective ingredient. The polyphenol having benzene rings at both ends is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of curcumin, resveratrol, epicatechin, sesamin and EGCG.SELECTED DRAWING: None
