Pharmaceutical composition consisting of a combination of grapes and wine polyphenols, in particular resveratrol, with yeast, e.g. saccharomyces cerevisiae, exhibiting an improved absorbability when administered by the oral way and a synergic action for the prevention and treatment of organic conditions connected with the production of free radicals and with tissual anoxia, such as senescence, cardiovascular disorders or intestinal biochemism disorders.
