PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor for making a next call when telephone call connection is failed.SOLUTION: A call control device comprises: a detection unit which finds that a second communication device does not respond to a call from a first communication device to the second communication device; a schedule control unit that obtains schedule information registered in association with each of the first and second communication devices when it is found that the second communication device does not respond, identifies a time zone in which the schedule of at least one of the first and second communication devices is not set on the basis of the schedule information, and registers call schedule between the first and second communication devices in the identified time zone in the schedule information on each of the first and second communication devices; and an automatic call control unit that makes a call to the first and second communication devices in the time zone scheduled for a call.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
