PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface property investigation device and a road surface property investigation system for appropriately investigating and analyzing the property of a paved road surface.;SOLUTION: A road surface property investigation device for investigating road surface properties during its self-propelling on a road surface (20), has: optical measuring means (2) for measuring irregularities on the road surface (20) at predetermined intervals to collect point group data; light projecting means (4) for irradiating the road surface (20) with visible light from the horizontal direction; visible shaded image imaging means (3) for picking up a shaded image of the road surface (20) illuminated by the light projecting means (4); and road surface property analyzing means for superimposing the point group data collected by the optical measuring means (2) on the shaded image of the road surface (20) picked up by the visible shaded image imaging means (3) to determine at least the position, shape and dimension of protuberance parts and/or depression parts present on the road surface (20).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
