PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide RE-T-B based magnet powder which can achieve a lower sintering temperature in manufacturing an isotropic bulk magnet.;SOLUTION: RE-T-B based magnet powder according to an embodiment hereof is powder of a RE-T-B based magnet (RE represents a rare earth element, T represents Fe, or Fe and Co). The RE-T-B based magnet comprises RE of 15 atom% or more and 21 atom% or less. It is preferable that the RE represents a rare earth element including Nd.
